The Magen Betar Community Security Unit is built from adult volunteers who carry themselves with dignity, provide presence, stability and protection, and help keep events, youth activities and neighborhoods safe.

Beitar has a presence in 10 countries worldwide and is expected to expand to even more locations in the future.
